About Us

Kalkaska Area Hockey Association works with area youth and their parents in Kalkaska and the surrounding area to provide for and promote the growth of hockey. KAHA will work to provide the best possible experiences by encouraging, developing, advancing and administering the sport of ice hockey. KAHA will work closely with state (MAHA) and national (USA Hockey) hockey organizations to emphasize and support grassroots hockey participation. KAHA is committed to developing coaches who will be effective instructors and role models, through a comprehensive education program at all levels of the sport. KAHA will continue to offer high quality, reasonably priced hockey while maintaining a non-profit 501(c)3 status. KAHA will recognize those businesses and individuals who have helped maintain the organization and who work to promote community efforts.
