Rochester Tournament- Hotel Information

The Empire State Showdown is the weekend of October 25 – 27, 2013.   Rooms need to be reserved ASAP- Tuesday 8/27 is the requested deadline.  Check your email for the link from the tournament to book your hotel. Contact me if you have not received this email. 

DoubleTree by Hilton Rochester, located at 1111 Jefferson Road, Rochester, NY 14623. 

The rate is $128/night plus tax (currently 14%).  Check-in is at 4pm.  Checkout is 12pm.  There is a choice of two double beds or one King w/sofa bed. 

There is a restaurant on site and an indoor pool.

The entire Kings organization is staying in this hotel.  A common area can not be reserved until all the reservations are complete.

A player packet including a detailed itinerary will be given out at the required parent meeting- Time/Date TBA.
