Practice Preparation

Hello Everyone, 

As we kicked off our spring season last week during our practice we had many kids tire out rather quickly. As Coach Mark has mentioned much of our skates will be similar and addressing much of the conditioning aspect as well as skills and team clinics. So I have listed a couple of reminders for you below. 

1. Every practice and every game - Please bring your own water bottle. 

2. In order to stay hydrated a child must drink all week not just the day of, eliminate sugar drinks from their diet. e.g. if you drink 1 glass of pop, you will need to drink 5-6 glasses of water for proper hydration. 

3. No meals 2 hours before a game or practice. 

4. Every player will be expected to work hard during practice.
