I am a HUGE plus/minus coach, and I am looking for a parent, or parents to keep track of + / - during all games this coming season (preseason, scrimmages, tournaments, regular season).

 

If some of you are wondering exactly what I am talking about, here is the simple meaning : If we score a goal, and your son is on the ice, that's a plus. If the other team scores a goal, and your son is on the ice, that is a minus. This DOES NOT include power play or penalty kill goals. 

 

Plus / minus is a true gage at how hard someone is working, or, how lazy someone is being during the game / season.
