USA Hockey Registration & Player Releases

Parents are reminded that they need to register their players with USA Hockey for the upcoming 2014-2015 season. There is a $40 fee involved, which goes to USA Hockey. This is required, as in the past. This is how USA Hockey insures all of the players and coaches, while they're on the ice. Please have this registration completed ASAP. Print out the registration and turn it in to Coach Rock or Dave Jockers. Click below for access to the USA Hockey Registration website:

All parents are further reminded that they are required to obtain a release from their previous program from last year. Request this release in writing (email) ASAP, and print it out. Return this printout to Coach Rock or Dave Jockers. This will be our record that demonstrates that you attempted to obtain a release from your former program. If the former programs fails to give the release, then they will be at fault - and not you or your team. This is very important to do, so please do it ASAP.
